With a team, or an organization, Isabelle uses a variety of coaching tools, powerful questions, and processes to anchor new insights and stimulate collective intelligence. This process takes the members into a learning journey in which they will develop more awareness and new abilities in the areas of personal mastery, shared vision, team learning and systems thinking. As a result, team members sustain their renewed creativity as their flow of ideas emerges and converge toward a collective commitment in pursuit of excellence.
Coaching/Consulting for Professional Teams
My approach as a team coach is to support the process of bringing understanding into the culture of the team. This means that shared values and beliefs are identified as well as issues and topics that may be on the edge of the team's comfort zone. I use tools such as Appreciate Inquiry, interactive and enjoyable activities to ignite the team spirit, renew intrinsic motivation and enhance collaboration.
The benefits of at least 6 sessions of team coaching include:
